Anxiety
It twists & turns my spirit, I twist inside, as if I am swallowing my sins. I sink inside, its cold water pouring around me. Silence is dreadful & reflective , Lord I see myself. I no longer fear the light I've been conflicted deep in my spirit. My holy spirit has been shaken, but I will rebuild. I've fallen down & remained uneasy, uneasy thought, dark thought. my chest closed in, my mind is dis attached. My mind unloades confusion. I am indeed alive but my body tingils in a turbulent magnet of unfiltered pain, anguish, dread. your mind is your worse enemy. I have sucked into the abyss.
