Anthem For The Blackbird
As dawn unfolds it's gentle light, I share a tune to uplift your soul. The breeze conducts a joyful song, dancing through trees that make us whole. On delicate wings, it carries a silver thread, longing for a touch. In the orange grove, a cricket sings, weaving sweet tunes that mean so much. A ballad as soft as falling rain on fields of gold to grow, humming softly, the final note sung high then fades to low. This our song, a melody to be heard, echoes far And wide, an anthem for the blackbird.
