Angery
In the shadows of fury, I stand alone, My heart ablaze, my thoughts unknown. The red flames of anger dance within, Consuming reason, releasing the sin. My eyes ignite with a fiery gaze, Burning bridges in a bitter haze. Anger frays the fabric of my soul, Destroying the person I once controlled. Oh, angery storm, thunder and roar, Raging tempest, forevermore. Tears of frustration cascade as rain, Drowning sorrows, muddying this pain. Words become weapons, sharp as daggers, Thrusting deep, leaving emotional slayers. Anger's venom seeps into my veins, Poisoning sanity, driving me insane. Yet beneath this wrathful tempest's plight, Lies a wounded heart, desperate for light. For anger is but a mask, a fleeting disguise, Concealing hurt that bleeds from inside. So I'll learn to tame this tempestuous sea, Find solace in calmness, let my heart be free. For anger may fuel the fire of despair, But forgiveness and love are the answers to repair.
