And suddenly, I dont miss you
Sometimes, when I miss you, all I have to do is read our old messages and then I remember that you are way to selfish for me. Didn't even care to answer my texts, and I know that you saw them. Sometimes, I start to miss you but then I remember all the lies you delt out like playing cards, and the promises long shattered. I dont need you anymore. I've picked up those shattered promises and painted the cracks with gold. When you told me you couldn't love me, I went to the place that could. Myself It's a little dusty and the framed memories hanging on the wall are well outdated, to much 'You' in there for my taste. So I shall make new, happier ones where I am present. So when I start to miss you, I remember that you dont deserve to be missed by me. Maybe someone else, but never beautiful, worthy of so much more than you gave me, wonderful me.
