An old mansion
High roofs, distempered walls Old memories ,where the childhood falls Birthdays, parties all together Rooms with families like a cluster Silent breezes, a huge tree Watching the rains from the balcony. A magnificent hall where the musketeers played Night and day where once all prayed. Munching on those grilled sandwiches. Happier times with fewer glitches. Ancient bricks cemented together. A home it was a home forever. It maybe old fashioned in every bit The innocent heart will always love it. Though those days are shut in a diary. Sounds of which still play in the memory. New Rooms new blessings will now be made. But the memory of my old mansion will never fade.
