An Evening
I saw a few of them, with a glittering smile With a strange happiness , While Covering a distance of mile, One Holding a piece of wood Was surrounded by illusions, Of acting in a way, To fullfill all his intuitions, One was with a ball, to bounce and hold To warm up his hand, to fight up bold The rest whispering something That I couldn't hear, Maybe something joyous to laugh and cheer . On reaching that 22 yards of a ground, they divided themselves among , Like warriors fighting for a crown This obsession out of nowhere Led a boy to come, and to express a urge of joining them up. Those faces happily accepted the same And they created a bond , to repeate the same And soon with the sun, those faces also set , To go back home, for relaxing and rest Again the next day , I expected the same But to my surprise , this evening wasn't the same
