Am perfect
I stand here wondering… am I right or am I wrong? Maybe it doesn’t even matter. But if it doesn’t matter, why does it still hurt? I guess the human in me is still alive. I might be the worst in the eyes of some, but deep down I know there is good in me. They say the worst people can sometimes be the best, and maybe I am proof of that like gold hidden under dust. People search for perfection, but the truth is that perfection lives in imperfection. The ones who understand both sides of the coin good and bad are the ones who truly understand life. Perfection is not being flawless. Perfection is experience. I have seen perfection in the most imperfect souls, and I have seen deep flaws in those who seemed perfect. So maybe true perfection… is simply being imperfect. And if that is true, then I know one thing for certain: I am imperfect.
