Am i replaceable?...
I wish i could hate you as you hate me, i wish i could quiet my mind just for some sleep, i wish her words didn't echo in my head, i wish i could remember my childhood... Am i replaceable to you? you promised you would stay but here i am, alone and mind loud with noise inside.. i wish you didn't make promises you couldn't keep because now they echo in my mind at a constant pace, no amount of music or busting up my knuckles helps.. She was only fifteen, she found comfort in that one family member... She had been vulnerable with them but wound up with more trauma. She was a puppet on the strings, being whispered to and told what to say.. She was just a kid... She didn't know she was being broken... She had asked more than once, "Am I replaceable to you?..." And the answer was always the same, a lie. She showed her heart but she knew a facade from them. She cried out, "Why did you leave me?!" but only got a cruel scoff. She would get into arguements and hit things after that, the sweetest kid ever closed herself off. Her mind was a messed up place. When someone showed true love she thought it was another act and pushed them away... "Am I replaceable?.." the answer was yes. -Annie
