am I deserving of love

Am I deserving of love there's been battles there's been deaths and damage that's irepearable screaming crying but not heard wondering is it just me feeling this or is everyone silently being torched by there own minds betrayed by someing that helped through the toughest of times or so u thought at the end of the day u can't even trust yourself
