Am I a failure?
Tears fall like rain in the night A lonely heart, a endless fight Thoughts collide, my mind astray Trapped in loops, of what could've been, what could be done, what could go wrong The darkness whispers, 'what's the point?' A voice inside, that echoes, 'you're not enough, you're not strong' The weight of doubts, it presses down A heart that's breaking, with no sound In this stillness, I search for peace A calm in the storm, a gentle release But like a wave, emotions crash and roar And I'm left here, wondering more What if I fail? What if I try? What if I'm wrong? What if I fly? The questions swirl, the fears creep in And in the silence, my heart gives in But still I rise, I breathe, I face The dawn breaks, a new day's pace The tears dry, the heart beats slow And in the light, I'll find my way to let go.
