ALL IS ONE
A glass of water from the ocean Is one and the same A leaf from a tree Remains part of the tree A petal from a rose Still shares its perfume A sandcastle though unique, would be nothing, without the grains of sand upon the beach The feeling of separation Is only that of an illusion We are all connected Though devine creation We share the same air We share the same breath It's shame, guilt and fear that separates us That makes us feel unworthy We are one Yet we are individual and unique
