After the Storm
in shadows long, where silence sighs A heavy heart beneath the skies Each beat a whisper of dreams once bright Now wrapped in clouds, devoid of light The echoes of laughter fade away In the corners where memories play Time drips slow, like rain on stone Each drop a tear for the love once known. A garden once bloomed with colors bold, Now withers in whispers, stories untold, Petals fall like hopes that drift apart Leaving behind the ache in the heart Yet in this sorrow, a flicker remains A glimmer of warmth amidst the pains For even in darkness, the stars still gleam A promise of dawn, a flickering dream So bear the weight with grace and might, For after the storm comes the softest light And though the heart may feel heavy and torn In every ending, new life is born
