After the love- To Michael
When you were born in eighty three I felt the joy that you would bring. And no one cared more than me when I put on my wedding ring. Then you broke my heart in two; that fallen angel tumbling down. The weary thought of losing you not knowing if you'd be around. To disappoint the hand that feeds with strong emotions to avoid. Your selfish nature and craving needs, your restless life now self-destroyed. Regretting that you've never shown your feelings or your fears. And even though I should have known the breakdown of your teenage years. And now your family's in despair and your friends will disappear. Remembering your special prayer-; a silent furnace for your fear. Your future's now, what do you do? your hopes and dreams are gone. Those people that have trusted you; when you reach out , there's none. Ronald Albert Davids
