just like a drug, I can't let go, I stay hooked no matter how much it hurts the soul. she's toxic I hear them say you going to get hurt you won't last another day. but I drowned them out, she's all I had left. I told myself it was fine, she was just upset. one bruise doesn't mean anything. so I stuck it out. I stayed i built a life around what she wanted. cut off family friends and people I once loved all for a toxic love. but I was blind and one day my vision cleared. and their I saw her. she wasn't the lady I fell for. she was angry, and manipulative. she didn't mind getting her hands dirty. I looked at her, then the bruises on my arms and face. how stupid could I have been. I gave it all up for her, and when I realized what I had done it was to late....
