Actress
I know she’s in pain, I’m not sure why. But as I sit and ponder in my bed at night. Her text shines on my phone. “I can’t do this anymore,” Heart in my throat, Tears welling up in my eyes, How did I not see? See her pain and her misery. Because she’s an actress. Next day I see her, Pity shines in my eyes. Hers light up like it’s the 4th of July. How can someone with so much pain in their heart, hide it so easily? I know she’s in pain, I’m not sure why. I’m not sure how I can help. I failed her as her older sister. And I hate myself for it all.
