Across the Sky

I see the sun I don't feel it's warmth Nor see it's shine I see it Float across the sky Not ever as bright Like it's out of place Soon enough evening arrives Twilight I look at the moon I see it's glow I feel it's chill I see it Float across the sky Saddened in space I feel helpless Lost today Out of place Out of focus Out of energy I feel ashamed Sins of today Yesterday's gone Nor the sun to rise Tomorrow is New start God willing I will follow thy lead A beginning A feeling I need The need of grace
