Accountability
Accountability, Whose culpability does it remain? Who wields the dominion to decree? By sovereign command or hierarchical direction? In the presence of mortality, these are the inquiries we ponder, Deliberations concerning the propriety of our own misdeeds. Moreover, were they ever erroneous in their inception? We lend an ear, yet abstain from rendering judgment. This is the deceit we profess, a pitiful enchantment. Unveil the transgressions, Those which you conceal from the illuminating light of day. Submit yourself to scrutiny for your actions, Would you then dare to utter such a loathsome pronouncement? Or retreat to the solace of your apprehensions? Acknowledge your deeds, Disclose your frailties, This is not a reflection of the aggrieved, Fool, this is a reflection of you. Your decision is straightforward; Preserve your virtue and essence, Or perpetuate your torment in a self-imposed incarceration. The next move, yours alone.
