Acceptance
I was the type of person That held tight onto you Unable to release my grip Even when It no longer felt right my love was rare everyone could not help but glance and stare you left like it meant nothing didnt seem to care Special memories with you brought me a smile If only you could come back for a little while I always thought that holding on was worth the pain I used to think in losing things I'd lose part of me too It was you Unable to accept that it was true And then I remembered that you faded away The sadness and sorrows ruined the days I know you'll be there Maybe I wish I no linger want to cling onto people Who no longer makes me smile My feelings will always be in the sky The star and the moon My lesson was taught I lost what I once held dear My soul didnt became lighter Instead filled with fear Fear of being left all alone in the dark Back to the start.
