abyss of hope
She was left alone in an abyss, A void so dark, it swallowed all bliss. No stars shone bright, no moon glowed pale, Only an endless night, with no escape trail. In this desolate land, she wandered lost, With shadows as her guide, and fears the cost. The silence was deafening, a heavy, hollow sound, That echoed through her mind, without a bond. But still she walked on, through the dark and cold, With a spark within her, that refused to grow old. A flame of resilience, that flickered bright, Guiding her through the night, toward a distant light. And when the dawn finally broke, and the darkness fled, She found herself transformed, with a strength within her spread. For in the abyss, she discovered a power deep inside, A will to survive, to thrive, and to never be divided.
