Abusive reflection
some say I look exactly like you other say I'm the most beautiful thing they have ever seen these days I can't tell if I'm real or fake every story I tell involves you or what I did to survive and I can't be blamed for the color of my eyes and I wasn't aware of my hair before birth but still I feel shame so I close my eyes in the mirror and I won't smile on photographs cuz I know if I do he'll be staring back he gave me poison a venom of words to kill a whole nation and then pop a pill to forget about them and sit on a hill and get my feel as he gets a thrill giving me a world of nothing but ashes cuz all your bridges just burnt before I could gather them and I could wish that it will be a day we are in the same room and we'll say I love you one last time but I love you doesn't matter when the worst has already been done cuz my heart beats but there's still no pulse inside I'm alive but on the outside I'm just a walking corpse of a person that they once knew and I guess I could say that it's my birthright but who knows because now when they look at me I'm afraid they see you and they say sometimes seeing is believing but when I look in the mirror I just see you so I guess I know the reflection staring back
