ABOUT LIFE

My life is like a flow of water , sometimes it gives me a fast flow of joy like water , and sometimes it destroys my joy like a Tsunami .... So is it my life that gives and destroys my joy or it's my emotions which are not in my control or is it the situation and circumstances of life , I' am unable to identify , but even then it's my valuable life so I have to enjoy and move on like a flow of water
