A&D
Anxiety and depression, two foes that we fight, They keep us up at night, and steal our light. They're like a dark cloud, that follows us around, And it's hard to find peace, when we're feeling bound. Anxiety makes us worry, about the future and the past, And it's hard to find calm, when we're moving too fast. It's like a weight on our chest, that won't let us breathe, And it's hard to find hope, when we can't believe. Depression is like a fog, that clouds our mind, And it's hard to find joy, when we're feeling blind. It's like a heavy cloak, that we can't take off, And it's hard to find light, when we're feeling lost. Together, they're like a storm, that rages inside, And it's hard to find peace, when we want to hide. They make us feel alone, and like we're not enough, And it's hard to find love, when we're feeling rough. But we're not alone, and we're not weak, We're warriors, and we're unique. We have the power, to rise above, And to find peace, and to find love. We can reach out for help, and we can find a way, To let go of the anxiety, and to seize the day. We can find joy in the small things, and in the big, And we can find peace, when we learn to forgive. We can find hope in the darkness.
