A well known stranger
To the boy who just passed me to whom this poem I will write I, who you did not really see, I, who just so frankly passed your eyes, you, who looked like out of a different life. I never knew you, do you see it too? That I've never known anyone better, than you, the moment your gaze met my eyes, than that very moment for today will be forever, although you're wearing a strangers disguise. You wear it well, that strangers face, that boys without a name, but in your eyes, I see what hides, the depths of an old known soul. I saw my future in those eyes, whose colour I couldn't see, in the rush that you passed me, not failing to entangle my mind in you, forever for a day. Tomorrow I'll forget your face, but today you'll always stay even if you didn't say, be my forever, never, the feeling of a kindred soul, will never pass me by. A feeling without a name, is what you'll be to me, and in a different place, you see, were living happily. To the boy that just walked by, did you see in me? The soul that shines through mortal wound, and will I ever leave? Will the nameless feeling that I am now, more than ever before, stay with you forevermore? forever for today?
