A tear

A tear came to my eye, as I thought of you today. The memories I had of us are slowly starting to fade away. The way you made me laugh, the sweetness of your touch. The times you were so very dear to me when I needed you so much. Now that you are gone and I cant get you back anymore I guess my tears wont hide the pain of my heart that is forever torn. I had no time to tell you but our friendship I will always save as I prepare myself for another step, by visiting your grave. A tear came to my eye, as I thought of you today.
