A Stench That Reaches Japan
I'm in my bed, and yet I smell, A stench so bad, I cannot tell. It creeps and crawls, it fills the air, A foul, rotten scent everywhere. It’s coming from the man named Carlos, A smell so strong, it’s hard to trust. Through every room, it makes its way, And even night can’t chase it away. It slips through cracks, it slides through walls, A perfume that no one calls. No room is safe, no space is free, His feet’s foul stench has conquered me. And now, oh yes, it has been known, This stench has traveled far, it’s grown. It’s reached the lands of Japan, too, A world away, but still it grew. From his feet to the distant shore, A smell that’s bound to last forevermore. Carlos, please, just wash them clean, So we can breathe and feel serene.
