A Rose
I have seen your beauty. Your red petals romantic, the red, dark color glistening under the rain gently. Among all the roses I have ever seen, you were the one, that shined most brightly in my eyes. But were you truly so beautiful inside? The other roses proudly showed their thorns, while you hid them. You still knew how to use them, I felt the sting. You made me bleed, I got addicted to the color red. You were painfully different than the other roses- you grew inside my heart, making me cry from the pain. How naive was I to touch your red petals?
