A question in my heart❤️🩹
How to love you, The question haunts my sleep, Each night, a silent weep, As I try to find the keep. I know that you'll ignore this, My efforts seem so vain, Like a bird in the rain, Beating wings in pain. You won't respond To this longing in my soul, My dreams, a broken whole, Shattered by your control. But I still want you to know That my untold hope is A never-ending story. No matter how many times I say sorry, my apologies Only matter when it comes to poetry, In stanzas, I pour my heart, In lines, I play my part, But in life, we're far apart, And love is just an art.
