A Quatern Love Written in Pens
Upon the stage of life, a golden years unfold, Our bones may creak, yet love remains bold. From whispers sweet to nightly embrace, Through tempests weathered, our hearts keep pace. You're still the one I lay beside, In the bed where love and memories reside. Through worst and best, you stayed true, In my heart, forever, it's you. Grandkids, sofas, movies, and pills, We've had our share of laughter and thrills. Dancing, singing, worshipping the God above, Our love's wild, untamed, full of love We tell our grandchildren that we're one made in two "If one of us dies, the other will too " Till death do us part? Not our way, Our love's here forever, come what may.
