A promise of a sunset
a days last breath, just like a sunset, promising the end of one and start of another. chapter's after chapter's would I find the peace the sunsets bets, the end of the loss and the start of a peace, nights soft whisper, a gentle love would it be just another falsity or a breeze of relief. tears of sorrow or tears of joy, it would be determined by how the sunset comply. another new chapter or the continuation of the one we knew, just a warmth promise or a fleeting win, will tomorrow dawn with a heart anew, or will shadows creep with the darkness true. golden hues, a promise to keep same shade as eyes where hopes asleep, yet in some eyes that darkness shines, and the golden hues where the hope gleems. As sunset's warmth upon my skin does lie, I'll hold on to hope, and let my spirit fly For in the darkness, a light will shine Guiding me forward, to a brighter divine.
