A Poem for You — by Gazi Do you still remember those days? You and I— And that innocent bond That lived quietly in the corners of our hearts...!!! When sorrows were just passing clouds, And the sky wore your laughter like blue silk, Your smile lit up even the darkest dusk, You were my treasure, My only sunshine. Do you still remember those days? You and I— Walking barefoot on starlit paths, With fireflies guiding us like old friends, The heavens wrapped in monsoon clouds, And you— You were my sky. Today, I whisper again to the wind, But you’re no longer here— The skies no longer echo your laughter. And yet, deep in your soul, You must feel it too: The roses still bloom with your fragrance, The garden still hums your tune, And tears fall silently in the hush of dusk— Because your memories Still walk beside me.
