A Pitiful Excuse
What a pitiful excuse for a man His consideration of another we pleasantly damn What use is a man who intends to do good If we decide even the most basic of love is a commodity he is undeserving of Who has the right to tell us we should Why support this distortion as he looks out for the well being of us. Why view this creature as having any purpose as it works tirelessly to provide with more than enough There goes the man we want When it comes to showing concern for our very lives our hero remains nonchalant He pays no mind to whether or not we are in pain He has no regard for what is rational or sane Our lives feel complete in his embrace We show appreciation while this man allows our lives to become a disgrace. We love our hero and for this reason we gladly damn This pitiful excuse for a man.
