A Night of Doubts
Calling you that night of doubt You answered the call in thin air. It sounded like tispy alcohol over the phone. Asking for space that I am afraid of Sprinkled with bad habits that I have Just to see how you can handle Now that you're away, it's hard to point it out. I'm trying everything to let you know. It took a few days to burn us out. I still have the control to stop. But it was you who said "okay." Knowing you can still handle it I fail to recognize everything about you. Continue those cozy conversations. Until we ended up this way, deserted place Behaving myself, trying to go back to the core You've made me feel more alone than I should. How can I possibly end those three months? Late realizations as we already exchange goodbyes It's funny to grab it back like it was an accident. I can't even think properly when it's dark. Why can't you see that you're the light? Accepting those frustrations as lethal In my head, played over again like sad songs. Things can't be undone. Like words, we spit full of hate. Closing your door with unhealed reasoning It took me lots of breathing and waiting.
