A necessary evil in Education
Why must we sit in exam rooms, scared and terrified? Sweating bullets, minds gone blank, despite knowing what's right. Forgetting what we've learned, as anxiety takes its toll. Why must we endure this pain, when a solution's in sight? Legalize cheating, some say, and end this stressful fight. But is it really that simple? Is it right or just a quick fix? Invigilators roam, eyes watchful and keen, As we scribble answers, our minds in a scene. Are they guardians of knowledge or enforcers of stress? Do they ensure we learn or simply repress? Their presence a reminder, we're under scrutiny's gaze, Making our minds go blank, as anxiety's dark ways. At the end of the day, we yearn to chase our dreams, To pursue our passions, and make our hearts beam. Why must we be held back by exams' rigid might? Can't we explore and learn, without the stress of night? Why can't the government and educators see, That we want to grow and thrive, wild and carefree? Let us pursue our careers, our hearts' desires, Without the burden of exams' constant fires. For learning's sake, let's break free from this mold, And embrace a system that nurtures our souls. Imagine if from youth, we chose our own way
