A mother's love
A mother's love My mother didn't love like others She did not make my lunch or help me tie my shoes She never told me she was proud and never gave me time She guilted me and tricked me She always made me cry For years I tried to heal her broken wing But as time flys And years went by I realized I can't heal what was never there I wanted to fix the broken bird but the bird had never had wings My mother does not love like other she doesn't know how
