My life, My kindred spirit, My missing piece, Life has been anything but Enjoyable since the day you were Taken away from me. I miss you, Your beautiful face, Radiant smile that competes With the radiance of the sun, Melodious laughter that sounds Like a song the heavens would sing, Eyes that twinkle like stardust When excited and happy. I miss your touch, I miss your soft voice Telling me what to do, Correcting me when I'm wrong. I miss when we laugh together, Play in the snow together when Winter comes. I try to move on, But can one truly move On from a loss so deep? I hope maybe one day I'll be Able to find peace in the void you left.
