A Knight’s Last Cry
Dear God… bring her back to me but not as a whisper or a dream, but as she was before I destroyed her. She died because of me. Not by a blade but by the wounds I carved with my anger, my pride,my silence and my ego. Her smile haunts me every single day. Her tears drown me making me incapable to even talk. And every breath I take feels like hell on this cursed world. So if You have mercy for a man like me, let me fall where she did broken, forgotten and finally at peace, And maybe me and her will meet again on the day of judgment.
