A journey to happiness

Sadness coursed through, Uncertainty flooded my soul, Bared to the harsh winds of realities. Like the Purple hyacinth in its habitat Like the Panda in its home, Loneliness became a close friend. I looked around at dearests, And I realised I was grasping at straws. From the Halls of ivy, I scoured Till I got to the Jewel of the Savannah. I encountered sunshine whose rays, Brought so much warmth to me. My heart would always flutter, Just by a ding on my mobile. "We would go beyond this walls", He said. "Everyone leaves at some point", I thought My name became a song on his tongue. Uncertainty still filled me, I was tired of heartbreaks. At Unity, Love for sunshine overwhelmed me, Daydreaming of his hugs, Consumed me. Seeing his face made me overjoyed. Love, Care like this had never been felt. Thoughts in my head scared me How could a human I just met mean so much? Certainty fill me now, Loneliness is far from me. Now I can proudly say , "Emmanuel" always. ~NFA
