The world spins fast, a dizzy blur, My breath grows shallow, I can't stir. A million tasks, a thousand fears, The weight of worries, through the years. But in the quiet, a gentle sigh, A moment stolen, to let it fly. A deep breath in, a slow release, A chance to find, a moment's peace. For stress may linger, a constant strain, But resilience blooms, and hope remains. To find the calm, within the storm, And weather the stress, in a gentler form.
