A Doubt In The Shadow
You were there, my eyes never left your shadow, Standing between the boundary with the bike you borrow, You weren't looking, ohh lord, how I wish I would bump in your way, Where you look at me, in those eyes with a sorry to say And all of a sudden a reality hit bringing it to an end, All I wish was simple but why can't we just be more than friends? Eyes exploring in the crowds but mine never left I never thought that by calling me makes me lit You spotted me, and the moment has finally arrived The way my name slips your tongue makes me revived You doubt to look at my eye, Of course I know why The seed that once planted never grows that was a lie Questions slip your tongue, my heart melts how perfectly it sounded like The answer left my mouth, how rude you are for starting the bike And for the first time in a while You speak to me with a doubt in your eye
