A Day

It's one of those days...but when is it not  A day you try and try but still get kicked in the stots  But this life is about perseverance so we will not stop  Just deep inhale untill we're calm while trying not to cough   Distracting ourselves with thoughts and daydreams untill the worrys forgot  Still standing in this world but in our own world we're lost  And just crack on with whatever it is slowly conquering the lot  Life never gets easier we just toughen up like old tree knots The body breaks but the soul never rots
