A Child's Toy

Not so elegant, yet not too shabby. An average stick that let a child's imagination run free. Simple as it may be, the passing of time goes unnoticed. For a child, the stick is brought to life from their creative minds. A knight's sword or a cowboy's gun, it shapes into whatever they desire, to have some fun. Venturing through the blades of grass in the backyard, in search for a stick to defend Asgard. A stick is not fallible, through the child's eyes it may be the legendary Excalibur. Having grown up, the child is chained, for they lost their sight to see the beauty of a stick's simplicity that once kept them entertained.
