A Child In Me
The child in me wanted to be free Now it feels like I am in a spree where all is left is to plea for things I dreamed as a child was to be unbeamed little did she know that everything seemed fine for just a while. and dark after a mile. her dreams were in an exile and life was eaten by a reptile little did she know she would cry in silence and be the bait for violence I lost the patience and searched for balance. cried to regain my brilliance and stop to penance. all I wanted is a kid in me to be proud for the things I vowed I wanna scream loud that even after being burned out I never failed to pull out the crown.
