A bitter acceptance
Layed down as dusk arrives, I stay still, motionless. A heavy feeling on my chest, breathless, a void where my heart was. They say love is a feeling full of bright colors. How is it that I feel the complete opposite? Lost in the darkness, a sore feeling arises, yet it feels right. It consoles me, the bitter taste left in my mouth, somehow it gives me peace.
