A Beautiful Dream
When she shows up like moon on a passionate night, Her beauty like moonlight fills up the atmosphere. Whenever she rises up like sun with bright daylight, She helps the plants of love growing in my heart's sphere. When she gazes at me with her affection filled eyes, And I hold her in my warm and protective embrace, I feel happy and loved in spite of all my bitter cries, And love to see the adorable smile she puts on her face. I feel a pang of guilt when she is gloomy and sad, Her sadness hurts me more than she can imagine, Her pain pierces my soul and makes my happiness fade, But she always smiles in her pain saying I am her medicine. And lo! I wake up realizing she was only a dream, But honestly, I can wait eternally to achieve this dream.
