6 feet under
When I'm six feet under. Will the maggots eat my brain along with the memories I had with you? Will the flies fly around in my stomach with the butterflies I felt for you? Will the insects consume my hands along with the muscle memory of your soft touch? When I'm gone, will you be happy? Will you remember the times we laughed over mango shakes and random evenings? Will you tell jokes at the sky and imagine me laughing? Will you save a seat at your wedding for me? Would you promise to keep my hoodie on at times when you're cold, so you could feel the warm sensation I gave? Did you even feel that sensation at all. Would you ever wonder if I regretted not spending my life? The answer is, no. I won't ever regret my life, the life I had with you.
