12-31-23 The new year is coming, it's coming in fast. Soon, this year that's ending will be in the past. When I think of this year, it makes me feel sad. A lot of good things happened, but also some bad. This year was really something, everyone's saying. But I think most everybody on earth are just praying. Too many angry people acted out with violence. Although some protested, most of us stayed silent. This new world we live in seems more hostile than the past. My first prayer for next year is that all this anger will pass. I pray all the world will choose peace over war, And that we'll learn to live better in 2024.
