2023 is my greatest prayer

Through the trials and the tears, I've emerged so strong, A phoenix, soaring above, where I truly belong. In the depths of despair, I found my way, And from the ashes, I rose, brighter each day. 2023 may not have been my saving grace, But it taught me lessons, in its own unique space. I thought it held the answers, the key to my dreams, Yet it was just another puzzle, bursting at the seams. My tears may have stained my pillows at night, But my diary, oh my, it holds my heart's delight. In its pages of imagination, my dreams come alive, Where I can escape the world, and truly thrive. Patience, I thought, was not within my reach, But life's challenges taught me what it could teach. I learned to wait, to remain calm in the storm, And found that patience was a virtue, truly transforming. The book of my life, with its chapters untold, Only God knows the pages that are yet to unfold. He offers me solace, helps me find my way, Guiding me through the darkness, to a brighter day. So now, I rise like a phoenix, with wings spread wide, Embracing the unknown, with strength by my side. For in every story, there's a lesson to behold, And in every setback, a chance to be bold.
