2 worlds
I'm conflicted My two worlds contradicted The first being her The ones whose beauty seems to be given by Aphrodite Who's personality is sculpted by the universe herself She is full of love, yet none of it seems to be given to me Her words are sweet as tea Yet could never mean a thing I want her, God I want her Yet as much as she acts, it doesn't seem like her actions will conquer My friends tell me to wait To be patient and she'll come by But every day passes in a cry My other world is him Stong as a God Known as the boy who came abroad He's soft, the type of soft my father never was Maybe that's why my love was caused Born out of a platonic love that was put on pause His eyes so brown and kind It brings envy to the blind Showing a love only I recognize The more I think about it, the more I'm ashamed How can I be so greedy to have two people claimed? In the end I claim none Cause my heart isn't loved by anyone Both in love with their own As I watch from my cold throne
