The thought of you would make me feel like I could always have someone by my side even if it were from afar, you helped me make choices and felt comfortable enough to confide in me your secrets and incidents which vastly angered you, but sadly that's come to an end. As I sit, staring out the window, wondering what you're up to, I bid on this estrangement to be only temporary, though I know that reconvening is a conclusion we will most likely never reach. And in all honesty, no one is perfect but you were quite close to being it. I found you attractive at first but I didn't think of you that way, then we started talking and with each passing day I enjoyed inching closer to you through all the walls you had built up, and vice versa. I settled with being friends because I thought maybe that way we could break my curse of every girl I've tried dating now being in a happy relationship and you told me not to use my good luck on you. Look at how that plan worked out. I was hoping we'd stay friends long enough to be more than that. I'm stuck in this grand isolation confined within me and without you here to talk about how I feel.
