The Earth covered in a navy blue blanket Evil strolls downs the streets like it's a banquet The cursed moon forthbringing raging coastal waves The tall towering trees posing as checkpoints, only leading a lost soul to another empty cave Her jaded eyes cracked, only painful tears leaking What could be bothering her is what I was seeking Her cold body curled up, motionless, all I knew is she felt pain The city silent, neighbours quiet, sniffing, sobbing, then I knew there was much more to lose than to gain The warm Sun rising up in the East Her and I haven't begun to divulge in the emotional feast 2 hours past midnight, she fell asleep, her ear on my chest, arms wrapped around me, weird that both felt my own heartbeat
